I am a fairly fit individual, but at the end of 2008 I gained a little extra weight. Instead of working out, like a normal, I decided to deprive myself of my loves: sweets and excess. No soda, no beer, no dessert, no candy, no Black Forest Sundaes from Braum's and no large portions. It worked. I'm back down to size and eating like a champ again, this time I'm working out.
That said, Baller's Night Out with the Vault Limo, great friends, K.Wa$h, and the Kinki crew at The Men's Club, afforded me the random opportunity to indulge in a 12 ounce, perfectly cooked steak masterpiece; my first one since the cutbacks. Loved every bite of it. Chicken, salmon, lamb, turkey...not even close. I see why some countries worship the cow, for steak is King of the Table.
